Not gaining weight
I eat a lot but do not gain any weight. Can i take any medication that will help me gain weight easily and quickly.

That's good but what combination of meal you are taking protein ,fat,type of carbs matters a lot.Dont take any medication.Please consult us so that in detail we can understand your case.

No medication will help you gain weight weight if your lifestyle is not proper and you are not taking a well balanced diet. Consult a professional dietitian who will customise your meal plan accordingly

Hello, Gaining weight is not only about eating large quantities food.   You need to find the cause/ reason behind not able to gain weight  which may be poor nutrition ( not taking nutritionally well balanced diet), no physical activity,  stress, unhealthy  lifestyle or any  undiagnosed medical issues  unless you  act on the cause your weight gain is not possible. As you will not  wish to go through this process again and again. Weight  Gain is a collaborative result of well balanced nutrition, physical activity  minimum 4 times to maximum 6 times / week for about 30 mins to 60 mins , 7-8 hrs undisturbed sleep every night and stress management activities on daily basis for about 30 mins minimum in whole day. Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities. Gud evening no medicine is essential if u will follow  a healthy meal pattern with some sort of muscle or weight gaining cardios or yoga.
