Ulcer in pelvis
My sister has severe pain in her lower abdomen. Doctor said it was piles 3 months back. She was on medication and everything was normal until now. She developed pain again now and the doctor says that she has ulcer in her pelvis.

Hi, what is the Ultrasound finding? Is the pain is related to menstruation or mid cycle?  There r so many causes of pain abdomen as appendicitis, constipation,  acidity, urinary tract infection,  anal fissure, other much more gyn causes r there. Need to meet gynaecologist.
