Pain in lower abdomen and light spotting

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I'm noticing pain in my lower abdomen. Though the pain is not very severe but occasionally it's happening. My menstrual cycle was from 4th Mar this month and it's always around 25 days of gap between two cycles. So this is not even cramps. Also I'm noticing light spotting. I've started running lately. Is it because of that??
