Pain in lower abdomen in the groin

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Its paining in the lower abdomen in left side near penis. When i become intimate , there is pain in the testicles and back. I am suffering from this since last 4 months. I consulted with General physician but i was not able to tell all the details as she was a lady. I also get less morning erections.
