Ulcer in mouth recurrent with constipati
I have ulcer in mouth after recovering from bells palsy before 1 year by nurobion forte two times and prednisolone 10mg two times since then I have constipation and gas problem Show many doctor like gastro, psychiatrist but no solve only multivitamin solve 50% nurobion forte only three times a day with lactic fiber at night and morning pan 40. But endoscopy show no gas symptoms. But becosule and becosule z no relief due to niacin vitamin add. But in nurobion nicotinamide . so should I take three times becadexamin or supradyn. I think this is because of steroid like Prednisone. So suggest above which multivotamin can I take three time or two time.

Hi,it is difficult to comment on the treatment plan unless a thorough clinical examination is conducted,since you are already taking medicines,kindlt visit an experienced dentist in person.As of now,take a soft ,non spicy and little warm diet so that the ulcers donot get aggravated.
