I am scared to visit a dentist as I have visited a few and instead of solving my problem they started making fun of my teeth condition.. I want a dentist who can understand my dental. Condition and treat me rather than making fun of me..

It's sad that you had to go through this. Dentistry today is painless and friendly. Almost everything in your mouth can be sorted and its esthetics and function bought back to normal. You will need a little patience but please don't worry.
