I have fever from 2to 3 days , also have weakness, low BP and low hemoglobin as well as . I had done my widal test which is also positive ie .typhi o is 1:40 and typically h is 1:80 .Please suggest me appropriate medicine. Thanku

Hi , I can understand your concern.
Typhoid is considered positive when the ratio is 1:160. Below ratios are not considered as typhoid positive in India.

you can take
ors liquid
dolo twice a day for two days after food
livogen at night after food for hemoglobin for one month.
