Typhoid fever
My mother is having fever since last 2 days, she is 46 years old. Can you please suggest some medication? I am attaching her reports here. Please have look and what should be plan of action.

Tab. Monocef-O 200mg.. two times daily for five days Tab. Azee 500mg once daily after food for 3 days.. Paracetamol 650mg according to fever Cap. Pan D .. once daily before breakfast for five days

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some infection like Typhoid fever. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

Your widal test indicate that you have Typhoid infection but for confirmation of Typhoid you should go for Typhidot IgM and IgG test and if it is come as positive then you should take treatment as follow as 1- Pantop Dsr 1 time per day for 1 week before food. 2-Tab Calpol 500 mg 2 time per day for fever after as sos. 3- Tab Taxim 200 mg 2 time per day for 1 week after food. 4- Tab Azikem 500 mg 1 time per day for 1 week after food. 5- Syp Aristozyme 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week after food. 6-Syp A to Z 5 ml 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity.
