There are few studies determining whether there is an association between the two, but the result is still unclear. There has been increased incidence since onset of the pandemic.
Juvenile diabetes - unfortunately there is no cure. But you can control the blood sugar and its complications with proper recording of levels.
The juvenile diabetes would have been dormant prior itself but the recent infection would have precipitated the disease.
