You have to visit to gynaecologist.Get done ultrasonography to know the exact weeks of pregnancy and position of the pregnancy. At 10 - 12 weeks get done assessment of cervical length. If length is small go for circlage.

You can go for scan at 6weeks to decide viability of fetus. For cervical tear you need cervical length assessment and if needed cerclage to prevent abortion.
