Take less rice or rice products , v.less fat like cooking oil, fast/junk/ cheese/cream rich, fried rice etc . 2-3 Chapati, pulses, vegetables, sprouts, dairy foods like curd etc ,oatmeal as breakfast helpful Make you diet plan & simply follow. Most imporatantly practice walking 2 -3 kms 2 times free hand/yoga even at home. These are 40% imporatnt apart from diet follow up.
