Tummy exercise after delivery,farting
I'm a mother of a 4 month old daughter..I delivered normally....please can you suggest me with simple exercise to reduce my tummy...and also I fart a lot..how to get rid of it

Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Take high fiber low fat diet. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi give your self atleast 4 to 5 months to b in shape . You should start little exercise if ur completely fine . Include more salad n liquid . Keep diner lite. Can contact directly

Hi..You can start with simple exercises like twisting you body on either sides ,crunches . Don't exert your body too much as you are a lactating mother.For further details &diet you can come over to me in person.
