I'm a mother of a 4 month old daughter..I delivered normally....please can you suggest me with simple exercise to reduce my tummy...and also I fart a lot..how to get rid of it

Hi give your self atleast 4 to 5 months to b in shape . You should start little exercise if ur completely fine . Include more salad n liquid . Keep diner lite. Can contact directly
