How to reduce tummy without exercise
I am a 39 year old male I.T.employee. My job demands a lot of mental work which exhausts me completely. Post my work I am not able to do much exercise, but my tummy is increasing now which looks bad. So how do I reduce my tummy without exercise? Will drinking green tea or reducing carbs in diet help?

Save ur time for ur self. Do walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Take plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Apply gel for massage and cream for tightening.
