Thuja Q (15 drops in quarter cup of water thrice a day )
Phytolacca decandra Q (12 drops in quarter cup of water twice a day)

I am assuming that you are using 'Cyst' as used in common language and not in medical terms. Cyst is very rare in the armpit. It is more likely to be a boil, abscess, lymph node swelling, lipoma or related to some systemic disease. None of it warrants urgent excision.
