TSH Value is high
My TSH value is 16.3, and doctor recommended to have 25mg thyroxine. Can I have weekly once chicken or egg. Or I have to completely avoid it.

Yes you can have egg or chicken once in a while. Try to cut down on fats, don't eat butter chicken, as it will further increase your weight. You have to reduce your weight. So go for high fiber diet, whole grains, fresh fruits and vegetables. Make sure you increase your physical activity on daily basis. Go for brisk walking for at least 1 hour every day.
Next Steps
Weight loss will definitely bring down your TSH levels.
