Hello,
Very high . Thyroxin is the medicine, but should be started after consulting with an endocrinologist. The medicine is calcium depleting. So must take a calcium substitute with this.ok.

Hello dear patient, high tsh value suggest the patient has hypothyroidism, he needs thyroid hormone which is defecient in body as the body is not making it adequately. The required amount is to be given from outside in tablet form. Usually this happens due to thyroid gland damage, often permanently due to autoimmunity causing thyroid atrophy.
