Regarding THYROID(TSH)
In my blood test THYROID STIMULATING HORMONE (TSH) value is 22.64 μIU/ml where the reference range is given 0.30 - 5.5 Is it something serious. What is TSH and what could be the reason that its too high.

Yes.  This condition is called hypothyroidism. You need to consult a physician and start the medication
