Repeat thyroid profile after 4–6 weeks to confirm trend. Discuss with your endocrinologist regarding dose adjustment — sometimes, lowering the dose slightly may normalize T3. Check Free T3, Free T4, Anti-TPO antibodies if not done — these give more accurate information than total T3/T4. Since you are postpartum, regular monitoring is essential as thyroid levels can fluctuate in this period. (Warning) Don’t change your dose on your own. Please review these results with your treating doctor/endocrinologist for proper guidance.

Initially Postpartum thyroiditis, a condition common after delivery has to be thought off. It often shows as high T3/T4 with normal/low TSH in the early months, then sometimes shifts to low thyroid hormones later.
Next Steps
If you feel well and asymptomatic, continue the same dose and recheck in 4 - 6 weeks.
Health Tips
If you are having symptoms such as palpitations, anxiety, weight loss, or fatigue, hair loss, weight gain, then will require frequent assessments.

High value of T3 is due to Thyronom tablet which contains Thyroxine. You need to consult the doctor and adjust the dosage of the said drug.

Your reports show high T3 with normal T4 and TSH while on Thyronorm. This may be due to post-pregnancy thyroid changes, medicine effect, or lab variation. Repeat testing and possible dose adjustment may be needed after review. If more questions are in your mind, you can contact me on WhatsApp at nine one one nine two five five six nine nine for free consultation.

You should reduce the dose of Thyronorm to 50 mcg per day and then do your TSH level after a gap of two months.

The drug you taking is T4. Which is getting converted to t3. Your tsh is normal now but t3 is going high unnecessarily.i haven't seen your past datas so I cannot directly advice to stop it completely. if you can tell me if you had hypothyroidism during first trimester or before pregnancy? thats's key question in correctly managing your case. How long have you been taking this drug?

High T3 with normal TSH & T4 can happen due to Thyronorm (Levothyroxine) converting T4 → T3, especially after delivery.
Next Steps
Get Free T3, Free T4 & TSH tested and review with your endocrinologist for dose adjustment.
