TSH level 12.84,
My TSH range is 12.84, detected 5 days ago and I started 25 mcg. But am still feeling weak, body  imbalance and heavy head kind of lathargic and dizzines feeling, Which is not going away and affecting my office routine and daily to daily activities because I am afraid if I fall or something like that.. Should I continue 25mcg or should I increase to 50mcg, it's 5-6th day I have taken 25mcg. T3 and T4 are in normal range. I am reposting it as I could not describe the issue properly in previous one.

No don’t increase the dose It will take more time may be 3 weeks for you to see a response provided your symptoms were because of thyroid imbalance in the first place Since I don’t have your complete history I can’t comment on that

Need to see other results. It will take a few weeks to act. 25 seems an inadequate dose for body weight.
