Tsh is 14.56
My TSH is 14.56 as per latest report. I am taking 25mcg thyronorm since one year but tsh has not decreased at all. Please suggest if i have to increase the dosage if so how much mcg ?

You are having hypothyroidism and proper medication is given Generally this medication dose is dependent on your body weight and according to your body weight around 100 mcg is required but this is not increased suddenly but given in proper manner of increasing dose gradually starting from 25 mcg There was requirement of follow up of 1 month interval with tsh report and gradual increase of dosage but you have missed some follow up
