Thyroid reference range in pregnancy is diffrent as baby requires thyroid from mother so taking thyroid tablet is a must for you. Dont get scared and stop medications.  This thyroid is for your baby and with tsh level 4, take 12.5 for a month and repeat tsh. Dont worry about leucocytosis ,nothing to b done. Fasting sugar is not that high, are you overweight? If no, then do hba1c, which is 3m glucose profile and then we can decide about metformin.

Please have faith in your Gynaecologist who can examine you physically. Also if you don't trust your present Doctor, you may change the doctor but have some one who can examine you. Your TSH is high for first trimester and you should take Thyronorm. You may get your blood sugar (F & PP). That will determine if you need antidiabetic treatment. I hope you are being seen by a Gynaecologist and not by a General Practitioner or an AYUSH doctor.
