TSH levels in pregnancy
Hi .. I am 4 weeks pregnant and my TSH level is 3.8 .. is it normal ? Will it cause miscarriage.. Pls suggest me what to do

It will not cause miscarriage,but to avoid anomalies, to avoid that  you need to control TSH atleast<3

It can't cause miscarriage but 1st trimester cut off for TSH is below 2.5 so you can contact directly for prescription

U need to start on thyroid medication for that to keep it under control . it's not too high so it won't cause miscarriage but it's mandatory to keep Thyroid levels under control to avoid further complications
