If you have regular cycles with all your and your spouse's basic reports normal, you are likely to conceive in an year.
Next Steps
Have sex as per desire without really getting too stressed out about the ovulation period. Remember, sperm can survive upto 5 days in a woman's body and the egg can survive upto 24 hours. Remember not to get too worked up about conception, in fact that can lead to stress which in turn can hamper fertility inspite of everything being fine.
Health Tips
Chill and let go of stress. If you are not able to conceive for an year, see a fertility specialist.

Hello. It may take up to one year for healthy couples to conceive. So don't worry and have little patience. If you have regular 30 day cycles, have daily intercourse around day 15 (that's the time you ovulate). That will increase your chances of conceiving
