U are having pelvic infection according to ultrasound reports. It says PID- pelvic inflammatory disease. You need infertility work up which will include hormonal tests and x ray of the fallopian tubes and uterus to see whether the tubes are open or not. This test is called HSG. In infertility treatment piecemeal information is useless. It always has to be a holistic approach with analysis of whatever information is available. Please seek a proper consultation with a Gynaecologist. In fact you are already consulting a Gynaecologist in your area. Please continue with that.
