Trying to conceive from 3 cycles

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Is it possible to get pregnant without fertile quality cervical mucus during ovulation? I'm kind of stressed out on planned sex. So I'm little dry down there. Earlier it was not like that when I was not thinking about pregnancy. I had an abortion last year. Pls guide me.
