Hi good evening Thnxs for your question For pregnancy sperms have to ejelated inside vagina and sperm have to fertilized egg and that fertilized egg have to implement in uterus. Nothing related with position and pee after sex and sleep after ejeculation. Long foreplay that makes u more wet and increase sexual excitement than do unprotected sex with full enjoyment till orgasm achieve result in pregnancy. Sex with tension and stress without enjoyment not good for pregnancy planning.
