Troubles while studying
I am 35 yrs old. I have to study many new topics for my job. Whenever I try to study, I feel headache and unable to grasp even a simple topic. Because of headache, I feel irritation and very low temperament also.
Intentionally, I am ready to study many new topics. Also I do plannings how to complete them but because of headache while study and grasping issue, I do ignorance frequently for studying back.
Please help me to fix them.

Visit an ophthalmologist and get your vision tested. It is one of the commonest causes of headache during studying.
