Triple Negative breast cancer is one of the aggressive types of breast cancer.Based on the family history, there s a high possibility of genetic mutation which is running in the family. We call this hereditary breast ovarian cancer syndrome(HBOC). I advise you to go for BRCA1AND 2 GENETIC testing. If there s positive genetic mutation, chances of getting ovarian cancer are also high in future. Yes, chemotherapy s the first line of treatment in this situation and it is correct for you also. After chemotherapy, surgery is considered. There are two options in surgery. One is mastectomy where we remove the breast completely followed by reconstruction. Another's option is partial removal of the breast with axillary clearance.. Radiation therapy is also required in your situation, which s done after surgery.
