My triple marker test is 1:231 Down syndrome screen positive is this effect the baby doctor suggested to go for nipt if nipt got screen negative can I continue my pregnancy

Triple marker and nipt both are screening test Though n ipt is more sensitive Rather than repeating a screening test you need a diagnostic test aminocentesis
