Triphala consumption
Is daily consumption of triphala safe? I've been using triphala since 4 months and my periods got regulated . Can I take triphala for some more months? I'm trying to get pregnant

Sorry, Not recommended , expecially if you are trying for pregnancy. It contain Hareetaki , i dont think that which is a safe drug in pregnancy or to become pregnant.      once a while it might be good, but not for regular use. One more thing is daily use of triphala may aggrevate dryness in your intestine.

Yes triphala can be used regularly. It has antioxidants also is prebiotic that is good for gut bacteria. Also helps in maintaining normal weight.
