Treatment time for impacted canine
My baby tooth was extracted recently. My Dentist suggests to take fixed orthodontic treatment. How many months will it take to bring the canine down with braces?

Hello ,firstly we have to take one  x-ray n check the position of canine. Orthodontic treatment depends on the growth and position of teeth and also the jaw. Approximately it's around 1 to 1and half yr.

Greetings Looking at the opg provided...it looks like lot of retained milk teeth are there (all four 2nd pre molars are by birth missing instead milk/baby teeth are retained and have not fallen off )and 1 impacted tooth inside the upper jaw on the right side. Estimating a treatment time by just looking just at this xray is very difficult to say..a better call can be made only by looking at the patient clinically.
