Treatment for my mother L4-L5
My mother,P.Nagamani has been suffering from L4-L5 posterior annular tear with diffuse disc bulge since 2021. After taking physiotherapy treatment she is doing her work at home but without support she is still unable to walk Especially outside and on tiles floor and her feet are still paining with more pain concentrated on right side . Medicines used:Baclofen,Zacy MR-4, Nervofit CD-3 . I humbly request you to kindly suggest me regarding further treatment of my mother.I enclose her MRI report for reference.

As per mri disc prolapse is there but it doesn't look the likely cause of current condition. Get nerve conduction study of both limbs.
