These are molluscums a viral infection.get it removed by a dermatologist.until the lockdown is lifted it can be controlled with creams.consult me online for further treatment

These are Molluscum Contagiosum that is a Viral infection  caused by MCV , it has to be removed , it has a potential  to spread at other sites also ,and number of lesions increase in number and size with passing time
