Trauma, mood swings, talking to myself
I try to avoid public places, I hate people generally, I have high mood swings, I can be happy one second and in another second I'm depressed , I can't concentrate on studies or anything basically, my head hurts I get trauma after seeing or listening to something triggering my trauma n I do get a mild panic attack and I talk to myself all the time but this is genetic, I feel to kill myself, I always get lost in thoughts I forget what I wanted to say n I just am weird, I think I'm bipolar..

What you are describing seems more like an anxiety disorder/ depression. However there is limited information and it would be better if you see a psychiatrist who can take a more thorough history and make a proper diagnosis. That way you can start appropriate treatment - usually a combination of medication and psychotherapy along with meditation and lifestyle changes will help
