A romantic relationship probides love, warmth, comfort and security. Undoubtedly many good times too. If a relationship has turned toxic, its best to either modify it or end it if its nature cant be changed. No matter how difficult or attached we are to the relationship. In the long run, we are better off without being a part of one. Surprisingly, it becomes easier to suffer in a relationship than to move out of it. You can seek suppirt from close family members, friends to help you move out of it. Further, you can approach a life coach or a counselor for helping you deal with this and heal through the termination and also help you in mending the damages that the relationship has caused you.
