Hello!
First of all quit smoking and tobacco chewing as soon as possible... Get ultrasonic scaling of your teeth and do gargle with mouthwash (chlorhexidine gluconate) daily twice a day...
Also continue taking the multivitamin tablets you are already taking.
Health Tips
How to use mouthwash:
Take 10ml solution (undiluted) and put it in your mouth. Swish for 30 seconds to 1 minute and spit it. Do not swallow. Avoid eating, drinking, or smoking for at least 30 minutes after rinsing.
These ulcers are because of smoking. You need to quit smoking fully and continue with the same medication. They will resolve only when you quit smoking and any tobacco intake completely and healing will take time
Taking medicines and topical gel application would not work without discontinuation of smoking habit. First of all stop the habit then start multivitamin tablets for 1 month. Also you can apply kenacort gel which is best for ulcers.
