Apply ice pack for 10 to 15 mins in 4 to 5 sessions per day. You can massage on the area where the clot there. Consult a physiotherapist - ultrasound therapy can be done. Through ultrasound therapy it can heal quickly. You should move your toes and ankle which can increase the blood circulation to the injury and healing process will be good.
