Inside one of my left side teeth a tini black spot is appearing and pains profusely. Pl suggest how I can get some relief. I don't want any of my teeth to be removed. I am currently advanced stage of pregnancy.

You need to get whatever needs to be done as soon as possible . Not wise to risk an infection at this stage. Sounds like a decayed tooth that needs root canal treatment which can be done still. You need to use drugs that are safe though.
Please visit a dentist as soon as possible
