Hello you can take tablet ketorol dt once a day or twice
But you should visit a dentist as pain will come back as the medicines stops working medicine isn’t a permanent solution to this
Please visit a good dentist immediately because though some medicines may reduce your pain, that's not a permanent cure. Earlier you get the treatment done, there are more chances of saving the tooth, delaying the treatment will lead to more expensive treatments to save your teeth

For now if you want you can have ketorol DT 2 tablets dispersed in water for time being relief but for long you need to go for treatment of they particular tooth otherwise it will effect your near by tooth also
