My sister recently got her tooth extracted due to cavity's. Now she is thinking
to get tooth transplant but is not sure because it seems too painful.
Please suggest if she should go for it or let it remain like this only.
Will the gap be reduced by itself?
Thanks.

Hi,
Not at all, Infact the gap is going to give her severe problems very soon.. She has to get it replaced either with a bridge or an implant or an attachment or many other available options.
But she has to get it replaced.
Hi
Madam
Implants is option by not touching your original teeth.this is not painful at all.done under local anesthesia.follow the instructions well afterward.
Gaps will not reduce itself .
Second option is bridge or prosthesis ( artificial teeth)

If she doesn't get an implant or any other prosthodontic treatment, the adjacent teeth will start to get into that space and the tooth above will start to come down, in the course of time.. so it's always better to get it done.. and it's not painful.. so no worries
Tooth transplant seems to be a good decision. But she needs to be evaluated by a dentist properly. She would require an OPG to assess her bone condition. There are other alternatives also to get the space closed like FPDor orthodontic treatment. All this require proper assessment by the dentist
Next Steps
Visit your dentist and Discuss the pros and cons and other alternatives of closing the space
