Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Avoid too hot or cold food items. Do visit a local dentist for physical evaluation and treatment (as/if required).

Hi, How long have you been using Sensodyne Toothpaste. Did you get a dental consult to rule out any dental cavity? Suggest you meet a dentist and get a clinical examination done.
