Tooth issue
Tooth was loose and dentist tried pulling it and it broke below the gumline... full tooth below the gumline is there and is quite infected.. Is it possible to save the tooth or it should be extracted fully.. upper molar and not wisdom...

If tooths got broken below gumline ..there is no point pf keeping it in mouth .eventually it will create infection there

Visit a dental surgeon and ask for an x ray..probably it has poor prognosis so extraction is most possible management and after that prosthesis can be planned.

Just visit a dentist for an xray .if there  is any leftover root ,it's better to extract..
