You need a xray to see the cause of pain.
Take:-
Syp Augmentin DUO 330mg/3.3ml half tsp twice daily for 5 days
Syp Ibugesic 250 mg half tsp SOS if it pains.
for 5 days
Warm saline rinses between meals
Rx as per the xray
how old is your son? can you point out the tooth which is bothering him now? yes if he does not have allergy to the medicines, you can give him those medicines.
most prefered medicinies are amoxiclav and paracetamol
Hello.. Wheather pain is in the same area where teeth has been removed then please attach a pic of that affected area..
Kindly check for ulcer which is very common in kids..
Next Steps
for time being u can start..
syrup. Ibugesic plus 5 to 6 ml twice or thrice a day depends on pain
avoid metrogyl..
In case of any infection or pus discharging than start syrup. Clavam 5ml twice daily..
In case of ulcer seen than start applying rexidine M forte gel or Metrohex gel which ever is available.. try for rexidine M forte gel if possible
Health Tips
continue with syrup. Ibugesic plus fr 3 days after that if it pains then only give it otherwise stop.
Rexidine M forte gel in case of ulcer only
You can give paracetamol to reduce his pain. Whether he should be given metrogyl or not or some other antibiotic instead will depend upon the condition of the tooth. Kindly do not self medicate.
Next Steps
Since you already have done his treatment before, share the xray if you have any. Also share the tooth images on personal chat for more precise suggestions.
Health Tips
Let him brush twice & rinse well after every meal.
Avoid sticky, sugary cavity promoting foodstuffs.
