Hi..the teeth usually after extraction it goes a little down due to absence of teeth .Its a normal phenomenon .nothing to worry about .

consult a dentist as soon as possible to replace the missing  teeth

The gum needs support from the tooth. When the tooth goes away the gum and bone tend to shrink a little, immediately. That is why we suggest getting Implants (especially at a young age like yours)
