Yes they are dry sockets. Don't panic they are treatable. Whenever tooth is extracted blood will pool into the site to heal the socket. If at all any issues happen during this healing phase socket is left empty and  bone inside the socket will be exposed causing severe excruciating pain and delayed healing.
Next Steps
Visit dentist as early as possible.
Health Tips
Have healthy diet, stay hydrated and maintain good oral hygiene. discuss with your dentist if your are under any medications.

It can be a dry socket on left side. It will be painful for a month at least. You have to bear the pain alongwith the help of analgesics. Visit dentist for clinical examination.

Namaskaram From your attached image and description, there seems to be dry socket on one side. Final confirmation after thorough examination. A dry socket is an empty space, at the extracted site, if the blood clot that is supposed to be formed, dislodges or dissolves. The nerves and bone gets exposed causing pain within few days of extraction instead of relief from pain in a regular tooth removal within a week. A dry socket is a very rare occurrence. Team shambhala.
Next Steps
keep the site clean by gently brushing the surrounding teeth and using mouthwash. warm salt water gargles. immediately visit at dentist
