Tooth exrraction over RCt
My 4 year old daughter has frequent tooth pain.upon few pedodentist visits their suggestion was Root canal treatment which i thiblnk will be hectic on kid.mireover later these teeth will fall.Any dentist here who can relive her pain without RCT.its very painful to see her crying with tooth pain.

Please use the medicines prescribed by the dentist for tooth pain first of all
If you don’t have them please consult the dentist
And pulpectomy is needed so as to preserve the tooth until permanent tooth erupts which is around 6 to 7 years of age

Treating the tooth is the only option. You can get the treatment done under laughing gas so the child will face no pain or problem at all. Definitely these teeth will fall later, but if it came out before its given time, your child's permanent teeth that will come will get mal aligned and you will have to get it treated with braces later on. So its better to get treatment for that one primary tooth.

If there is pain then decay must extend to nerves, then you should proceed with pulpectomy only, she had to maintain her teeth for a long time, so go for RCT or pulpectomy..

I advise you to undergo the RCT treatment. It will take time for the tooth to fall and for a new tooth to erupt. Share the x-ray of the tooth.
