I have a lot of cavities though I brush twice daily with fluoridated toothpaste and mouthwash with it.

You can get your teeth filled and then go for professional fluoride application  which you can do after every few months And also pit and fissure sealant for prevention of further decay.

Hello sir... Cavity formation not only depends on how frequently and how well you brush....it depends on lot of factors **frequency of sugar intake **amount of bacteria content **Amount of salivary flow....
