Tooth decay
Despite of taking good care of my teeth which includes brushing properly twice a day, flossing and washing mouth with water after every meal, I am suffering from cavities. I have 6 cavities in my teeth. I am also starting to get lesions due to cheek bites. Cavities are not stopping. My teeth is having black holes. Please suggest some method to get rid of cavities

A visit to dentist is must to get the find out the etiology of cavities and rule out the depth of cavities in all 6 teeth..The pits and fissures of your teeth may be deep which are leading to more food lodgement which are not being cleaned by toorhbrush..The reason for cheek bite may be any sharp portion of tooth/ sharp cusp which is continuously impinging on same area creating a white lesion..Visit a dentist for the restoration/ filling of cavities as they can not reverse back now or root canal treatment if depth is till nerve.

Please visit a good dentist who can detect the problem with the carious teeth sometimes they may be present since long but now u must have recognised the caries as they are creating problem. The sharpened edges of teeth causes cheek bite to occur so get them smoothened

Seek a dentist. Cavities formed once is an irreversible process. It can only be restored with filling materials if your cavity is not deep. If it is deep and involves the blood vessels and nerves inside then it needs root canal treatment followed by dental crown.
