If you have your crown please get it recemented immediately. It is not wise to delay since it might not fit if its late. If you have lost the crown, you can get a new one now. Second trimester is safe for dental procedures. See that everything is sterile and dont ingest anything, Pain wont occur if its root canal treated but it might break. If not rc treated pain csn start anytime. Either ways it's better to get it done now

If the crown and the tooth on which the crown was fitted are intact, the same Crown can be  recemented and it is an absolutely safe procedure which can be performed easily in pregnancy. Is there is any damage to either the Crown or the tooth it will require some corrective measures and a new Crown will be fabricated after taking a new impression. And even this procedure is considered safe during pregnancy, and you should not delay this treatment because a tooth without a crown is structurally week and can fracture under the biting forces. Regards.

Hello, you can get your cap re-cemented, its a short procedure, wont take much time and is completely safe to get even in your pregnancy. Your dentist will also examine the cause of the cap coming off. Although this is not any emergency procedure, still you should not delay it because sometimes during and after pregnancy there are hormonal changes in the body which affects your gums too, the gums become tender and swollen, in this case the cap may not fit well. The hormonal effects on gums during pregnancy varies from person to person, ranging from mild, moderate to severe. And above all, take care and enjoy the lovely phase in your life, be happy more and worry less ! T.C
