The X-ray shows a very clear cavity in both your teeth- the first and the second molar. It is best to get these filled as soon as possible so that it does not progress and lead to pain and inflammation. Right now the problem can be solved with just a filling. Later on it will require root canal treatment, followed by capping.

Hii... It is not physically present, you can tell by just seeing on outer surface. But it clearly seen in the X ray that cavity is present in between your teeth that is proximal area. You can notice that there is food lodgement in that area. you don't feel pain yet because it is in the 2nd layer. When it will reach to the innermost layer you will surely have pain. It's better to get it filled unless you will have to go for the root canal treatment.
